Ringing in the NEW YEAR with a breakfast celebration, brought the Sun Valley office together. Cheering the accomplishments of the past year and setting goals for the New year.   November 2016 - Market Analysis Eagle County real estate in November boasts the month with the highest total dollar volume since 2007, in large part due to the sale of a hotel in Vail for a total sales price of $121M.The year-to-date sales volume and consistent monthly transactions brings us slightly ahead of the total number of transactions and volume of 2015.Eagle was the area with the highest number of transactions at 23, followed by Gypsum with 17, and closely trailed by Beaver Creek... read more
