Grand Junction's spring housing market has continued the trend of low inventory paired with high buyer demand. Average home prices for the month of April was up 12% from 2021 at $428,593. The low inventory led to a decrease of 22% in the total number of homes sold compared to the same period last year. The GJ market headed into May with 283 active listings.
