KUDOS TO JULIE SHAFER FOR COORDINATING A SPECTACULAR OPEN HOUSE EVENT FOR MULTIPLE AGENTS!!!!
Several CBDP Agents joined together to showcase their high dollar listings in one Open House Extravaganza for this past Sunday, September 25th. Julie Shafer coordinated the listings, took out a full page ad in the Daily Sentinel, and ran radio ads on KOOL 107.9. Each individual Broker used their social media and personal websites to promote the event as well. This was a wonderful way to see our Agents working as a team in an effort to promote both their individual business and Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties as a whole.
Random feedback from the participating Agents has been overwhelmingly positive. This event showcased more upscale homes. There were more groups as a whole viewing the homes than if the agents held their own Open House. Jen Pederson said that, "...from a Seller's perspective, there was good presence, good activity...it was great working with the experienced Agents and having CBDP provide this opportunity." Other agents noted how they received up to 30 groups to view certain properties. The newspaper advertisement brought in many out of town buyers.
