Realtors from all over the Wood River Valley came out on September 24th for the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties & Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties Selling Incentive $10,000 giveaway event, held at Whiskey Jacques in beautiful Sun Valley, ID. This was the third giveaway event this year. 

The stipulation was this: any Realtor who sold one of Coldwell Banker’s listings was entered to win $10,000. After 40 listings closed, it was time to pick a winner! The event was well attended by the agents, some agents having multiple entries for selling more than one listing, increasing their odds of winning the $10,000. The elimination style drawing was exciting all the way through to the final entries. The negotiations between the 3 Realtors (Wendy Carter, Jamie Coulter and Marcia Hines) were intense; as one would expect from Realtors. These three decided to go one more round - with a lot of encouragement from the crowd - it then came down to Marcia Hines and Jamie Coulter. They determined $5,000 each was the way to go.
