The 35th Annual Parade of Homes wrapped up another spectacular showcase of true craftsmanship! The Housing & Building Association of Northwestern Colorado presented 13 beautiful homes spread across the Grand Valley. Traci Weinbrecht, Executive Officer, was spot on in saying, "The features are endless: state-of-the-art automated technology systems, top of the line finishes, energy efficiency & several unique features that you won't find anywhere else!"
Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties GJ was honored to have 3 of our listings in this year's Parade! Jen Pederson's on 28381/2 Trevor Mesa Drive was a highlight of the tour. It's builder, Conquest Construction, received recognition for BEST KITCHEN and BEST CRAFTSMANSHIP in the Under $350,000 range of homes. The Maves Group showcased two homes by Maves Construction. 288 Oakwood Ave was one of the only Fruita area homes on the tour. Their second listing at 467 Snow Mesa Court in the Redlands won BEST CRAFTSMANSHIP for homes over $500,000.
